Elsa Ramon joined the FOX 10 News team in Phoenix, March 1998. Growing up in Venice, Calif., Ramon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of California, Irvine. A journalist and broadcasting career was always the top of her agenda as a chosen profession.

Ramon is anchor on FOX 10 news @ 10 p.m. along with co-anchor Troy Hayden. She also serves as a reporter for other daytime and evening news broadcasts. Prior to coming to FOX 10 News, Elsa was the weeknight anchor and reporter for KION-TV in beautiful Monterey, Calif. During Ramon’s seven-year television career on the West Coast, she is best known for her work in a special series unit at KNBC-TV (Los Angeles). Dedicated to covering any and all stories involving the O.J. Simpson trial, Ramon field-produced stories that went into a nightly wrap of the trial on a special half-hour show called O.J. Simpson the Trial.

Elsa, a native Californian, resides with her two cats she adopted from the Arizona Humane Society.
