Special Formatting (various programs)
When you're typing and come to a word or phrase you want formatted, press Ctrl + B for bold, Ctrl + I for italics, and Ctrl + U for underscore before you enter the words. The text that follows will then be entered in the desired format. Be sure to press the appropriate keystroke command again after entering the formatted word or phrase to turn off the formatting for the rest of the sentence.
Netscape Navigator
If you would prefer to use your computer’s keyboard with your browser to navigate the Web, try any of the following useful keystroke combinations:

Page Up - Scroll towards beginning of page a screen at a time
Page Down - Scroll towards bottom of page a screen at a time
Home - Move to top of a page
End - Move to end of a page
Esc - Stop downloading a page

Ctrl + 2 - Netscape Messenger (E-mail)
Ctrl + 3 - Netscape Message Center
Ctrl + 4 - Netscape Composer (for creating Web pages)
Ctrl + Tab - Cycles through all open windows.

Ctrl + A - Selects all Web page components, including graphics
Ctrl + B - Displays Bookmarks
Ctrl + C - Copy selected item to Windows Clipboard
Ctrl + F - Find (Use for finding a specific word on a Web page)
Ctrl + H - Displays History (Web pages viewed recently)
Ctrl + I - Displays Web Page Information
Ctrl + M - Compose E-mail Message
Ctrl + N - Opens New Web Page (same as current page)

Up arrow - Scroll towards beginning of current page
Down arrow - Scroll towards bottom of current page
Page Up - Moves you up one screen at a time
Page Down - Moves you down one screen at a time
Ctrl + Home - Takes you to the top of the Web page you’re viewing.
Ctrl + End - Takes you to the bottom of the current Web page.
Alt + --> - Go to the next page (like using the Forward button)
Alt + <-- = Go to the previous page (like using the Back button)
